Alvor has a number of good restaurants with acceptable prices. It is a lovely old fishing village that has lately become a popular place for holidays. It offers great food, happy people and great beaches. The beaches are fantastic with rocks, lovely sand and unique waves. It is 5 minutes walking distance to the nearest golf course and 10 minutes walking to the nearest beach.
