Living-dining room with leather sofa, TV/satellite, radio, table and chairs.
Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service:
Maid service once a week for change of linen, bath towels, and general
cleaning (except kitchen). Extra maid service available when required,

A special offer available for stays between 1st of April 2016
until the end of June 2016. Bookings confirmed until end of
February 2016, will get 20% discount on a minimum of
2 weeks, or 3 weeks for the price of 2 weeks would apply.

Changeover day
Between 1st Saturday of July and 3rd Saturday of September:
Saturday. Rest of the year: flexible changeover day.
Check-in time: after 04:00pm. Check-out time:10:00am.
Booking notes
25% deposit within the next 5 working days after confirmation
by bank draft or personal cheque. Remaining 75% at 3 weeks
prior to arrival date.
Refundable deposit £ 400 or 500 euros (cash) required upon arrival.
