Prices on basis of 6 people sharing. Surcharges per extra person Mar-Nov 2014: UK 75 / p.p. surcharge
Changeover day
Normally changeover days on a Saturday during peak season. Access to the villa is after 4pm and departing from the villa is 10am, due to other guests arriving and departing and people accessing the villa to clean.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to confirm the booking (or payment in full if less than 8 weeks before departure). Balance of payment to be made 8 weeks before departure.
A breakage/security deposit of £300 (upto 6) / £500 (over 6) must be paid with the balance which covers any loss or damage caused to the property during the duration of your stay. Refundable within 7 days of departure subject to a damage and loss inspection. Any breakages not reported will be charged for.
